Made with 100% olives harvested from our trees in Arco, northern shore of Lake Garda.
It is cold pressed the same date of harvesting. It is an high quality oil that fully represents the character of our fascinating region, a place that reflects in the deep blue waters of Lake Garda and is protected in the North by the rugged Brenta Dolomites.

OLIVE PATE'
A limited artisan production, made with 100% Lake Garda oil and olives from our harvesting. It’s ideal for seasonings, i.g. pasta, and for canapés. A must in the Mediterranean cuisine. We suggest to eat it with good home made bread and to accompany it with a glass of wine for a convivial moment in the name of taste and health
